This workshop addresses a practical problem: how power, transference, and boundary erosion show up in Buddhist teaching relationships, and how to work with them ethically. It's designed for people already in teaching roles—teachers, senior students who guide others, group leaders—rather than students seeking instruction in meditation.

The focus is applied ethics: not theory, but how to recognize and navigate the particular vulnerabilities that arise when someone is in a position of spiritual authority. The two-day residential format allows for both discussion and practice.
